NYC MARATHON STRETCHING FOR VOLUNTEERS, FAMILY AND FRIENDS

I had a thought today. What about all those great people that volunteer and also stand along the marathon course to support our #TCSNYCMarathon runners? Standing all day, trying to stay warm but also mobile can be taxing on the body as well. Not as much as running but body mobility is still important. So by using an exercise app from our friends at PhysiTrack.com I've selected a few seated and standing stretches to help all you supporters this weekend.
