Lunch Break Exercise
It's painfully obvious that most of us are sitting for too long throughout the day. So I've come up with a weekly program that gets you moving for about 5 mins and up to 30mins daily.
1 New entry level exercise a day Monday thru Thursday.
4 Exercises total
Do one everyday or add on to your exercises daily.
On Friday I'll put all 4 exercises together for a full circuit of exercises.
