At Alta, we provide private treatment rooms, a light filled training area overlooking a panoramic view of Central Park and Columbus circle, and changing rooms complete with a shower, lockers for safe keeping, towels, and a full range of toiletries to get your clients off to their next appointment in peak form and appearance. Locker rental is available for a nominal monthly fee.

The gym offers an array of strength training equipment, including Life Fitness Pulley System and free weights. Cardiovascular training is offered through the use of treadmills, stationary bikes, and upper body ergometer and the elliptical trainer.
